According to its operator Megogo, it is a 24-hour service and offers Ukrainian alternative music, art, parties, youth entertainment and its own productions.
It adds that the channel’s schedule is based on music videos, grouped into several thematic blocks, and is in the future likely to include at least one in-house show in primetime.
Megogo has operated a section named Megogo Live on its OTT platform for over two years. It features live broadcasts of festivals, concerts and unique events.
However, it came up with the idea of launching a TV channel of the same name only this summer.
The Megogo Live channel is currently being offered free of charge to Megogo customers and is likely to also be made available on other platforms by the end of the year.
